Webinova reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing.

Our services may involve third-party software, plugins, themes, hosting providers, or platforms. Webinova is not responsible for changes, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services beyond our control.
7. Maintenance, Updates & Support
Maintenance, update, and support services are provided only if included in the client’s service package or agreement. Webinova is not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized changes made by the client or third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
Webinova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services or website.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms & Conditions are violated, payments are not fulfilled, or misuse of services is detected.
Clients may terminate services according to the terms outlined in their service agreement.
